Project Scope:
Spatial design and interior renovation of a loft apartment in Daechi, centered on the reconfiguration of the roof geometry. The intervention prioritizes the public living area while private rooms are compact and economically planned.
Project Concept:
Designed for a family of three who enjoy minimal living yet occasionally host gatherings. The project focuses on strengthening the shared living areas while the private rooms remain simple and efficient. Two intersecting ceiling slopes form a knife-edge soffit, where light traces the edge, establishing a sharp sectional identity within the living area.
